Positive: Stunning location. Great walking from doorstep Bird feeders attracting lots of birds Well equipped Friendly phonecall from owner to welcome us

Negative: The property by nature is old and quirky, but we found the interior rather dated, cluttered and not so tasteful in decor. Very tired in places. Feels like it needs modernising, but we do understand that as an inherited property there is a desire to keep it as it was, and many people would like the charm of that, but we just felt the whole place needed a clear out of unnecessary stuff for a holiday let and new carpets, and updated bathroom and kitchen fittings especially.
