Summary: good - absolutely lovely location friendly staff, regular helpful transit from reception to unit could be improved - phone (and I believe we were not alone in this) wasn't working, minor inconvenience until cooking triggered fire alarm. The off switch turned out to be in the fire extinguisher cupboard which was locked. Bikes can't be pre booked, you need to turn up on day you want them to hopefully get them. A number of the EV chargers weren't operational, fortunately not many EV's there when we were there. Having said that we had a very positive time and would return
