Positive: Location perfect. Cosy warm interior nicely decorated.

Negative: A small thing that needs to be sorted - the gutter needs clearing as it rained heavily on our second night and the noise of the water pouring onto the window sills was so loud I couldn’t sleep. This would not deter me from visiting again. It is a simple house keeping thing that I am sure the owner will sort.
