With a monochrome, Victorian path up to the entrance of this home and a small front garden, with flowers. Through the front door, the entrance hall has high ceilings and wooden floors. The living area is on the right-hand side. LIVING ROOM With stylish, mid-20th century furnishings, the living area has a vintage aesthetic, with a classic black fireplace in the centre. The room comprises a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and a television beside the fireplace. There is also an antique sideboard and large bookcase above. On the left of the room, is a piano- perfect for the musically gifted! The room is surrounded with beautiful framed artworks as well. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM A few steps down to the open-plan kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is spacious and includes all the amenities you will need during your stay. With stone flooring and an exposed brick wall adding to the chic aesthetic of the space. A large wooden dining table and surrounding chairs occupies the centre of the room. There are French doors out to the garden as well. GARDEN The garden includes a paved area, with a table and chairs, as well as a lawn and further seating beyond. There is also a trampoline for children. For an alfresco dinner- there is a gas BBQ. In an outside cupboard, you can also find the utilities of a washing machine, as well as the boiler. UTILITIES On the lower ground floor, accessed through a door in the kitchen, you can find further utilities such as a tumble dryer and ironing board. BATHROOM Upstairs on the first floor, to the bathroom with teal blue tiling. The bathroom comprises a bath, with overhead shower, basin and WC. FIRST BEDROOM The first bedroom includes a single bed, wardrobe and a desk with chair. From the sash window, there are views to the garden below. SECOND BEDROOM A few steps up to the second bedroom, which is also ideal for a child as it includes a single bunk bed for 1 guest. There is a small desk with stool underneath. The room also includes lots of books and toys and is decorated with colourful murals on the wall. MASTER BEDROOM A spacious and light master bedroom, with a double bed in the centre of the space. Opposite the bed is an original fireplace, with wardrobes either side. There is also a chest-of-drawers and full-length mirror. By the window, there is a sophisticated leather armchair. BATHROOM On the top floor of the house, is a further bathroom, with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. FOURTH BEDROOM There is a bedroom on the top floor, which can also be used as a relaxation or office space. The room includes a double sofa bed, for 2 guests. There is a large window providing lots of light and a desk with chair beside it. In secluded alcove, there is a further desk and chair, if needed a private space to work.
