Positive: The property was in the perfect location for us and very well maintained. It was also easy to check in to.

Negative: There was not many supplies you’d usually get (such as only 4 tea bags for a 4 night stay of 3 people) and no milk (long life or otherwise) They charged my card for the stay nearly 6 months in advance of the terms of the booking, and then when I asked for the money back they just wanted to cancel my booking. There is nowhere else to stay around Christmas near my family so I had no option but to accept the early charge.
