Positive: Great location, lovely feel and so easy to check in etc. felt very welcoming- good space.

Negative: The sofa bed was not comfortable and the room it was in was very small and without a proper duvet.

Summary: Really lovely house, great downstairs space and facilities. Location was perfect for us.
