Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Gorgeous lodge, gorgeous and quiet location.

Negative: Not neccessarily an issue with the lodge or owners but just a warning to others who may have reactive dogs like mine, there are farm dogs that are loose and do come right up to the lodge doors! Also the lodge is a lot closer to the other lodge than it looks on the photos, so if the people in the other lodge have their dogs loose you can’t enjoy the outside of your own lodge.. unfortunately this happened to me and they wouldn’t put their dog on a lead, meaning I couldn’t even have my door open as their dog was running over barking at me every chance it got! Possibly an idea for the owners to put up a bit of wire fencing to seperate the lodges?

Summary: Overall highly recommend! Can’t complain about the lodge or owner
