Positive: Super easy access, great location, clean, comfortable and so quiet - perfect for a non city person! Really liked the shower and the bed was great

Negative: The windows didn't open and we couldn't find a way for the aircon to work - bit we opened the bathroom windows instead as it was quite warm inside, but this was minor really!

Summary: Quiet, comfy, perfect for visiting o2 arena
