Summary: The room was very dated , tired and in need of modernising , old non working heaters still attached to the wall , radiators that was not turned on ( were in December ) and all that was in room was a little plug in heater that was not even turned on .. when asked at reception for a second heater to go to room while we went outside to warm up was told the heater would go straight to the room and be turned on so the room was warm on our return .. 1 hour later and we get back into room to find no more heaters .. so went to reception and she said .. oh yeah I forgot I was cooking dinner .. on the morning of check out no sign of life at reception and the lights out and no instructions as to where to leave room card .. Look it’s Blackpool and I get the rooms and prices reflect what you get BUT I also think any paying customer should feel they have get value for money .. and I can’t say I felt that on this occasion .
