This lovely property is situated just off Crystal Palace Road on a private close. The ground floor boasts a large reception with doors leading out to a private garden and a separate fully fitted kitchen with wooden worktops. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property further boasts private off-street parking as well as being within walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Lordship Lane, with its impressive array of shops, bars, restaurants, and cinema. The location also benefits from easy access to three open green areas, Goose Green, Peckham Rye Park, and Dulwich Park. Transport links are provided via a short walk to either Peckham Rye station for the overground or East Dulwich for direct links to London Bridge. School catchments are in abundance with Heber and Harris to name a couple.
As you enter, you will yourself in the entryway or the hallway where there is a coat rack right in front of you. To your left, you have the stairs that you to the bedrooms and the bathroom. To your right, you have the kitchen. As you advance, you enter the living room where there's plenty.
In the right corner, there is the dining table for 4 with all the cutlery ready for a hot meal you might have brought over with you, or one you will cook after you relax on the L-shaped Sofa-bed that is on the other side of the room, separated from a lovely red armchair by a wooden coffee table. On the coffee table, you will find our tea set, feel free to use it.
As you sit down on the sofa, right in front of you, you have the TV. Want Netflix? Or Apple TV? Yes, they're all there. Next to the TV, you will find the door that leads to the Patio outside where a nice sitting area and some pants await you.
Upstairs, you have the double bedroom with a Kingsize-bed and the twin room with two single beds. Between the bedrooms, you have a spacious and bright bathroom with loads of light flooding in.
Do not forget, the L-shaped Sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed.
