Summary: The reason for low rating is that the heating was turned on when I arrived around 8 PM. They knew I was checking in as I had called earlier to confirm I was coming. They could have turned the heating on prior to my arrival. It was freezing and I didn’t manage to warm up until around midnight. The furnace is a bit old but it has everything you need in the room.
