Damson Cottage is dog friendly, with exercise paddocks and fence grounds for your pooch to run free in. Cherry Cottage next door to Damson can be added should you need a 4th bedroom / extra space. Our extensive grounds give everyone the ability to spread out and enjoy outdoor games including table tennis and badminton in the Summer months. Cycling on our empty country lanes is a delight. Damson Cottage is located in 8 acres of beautifully maintained grounds on the Kent Downs - an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This contemporary barn offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bath / shower rooms - sleeping 6 in comfort (and one additional guest by arrangement). Local attractions include Leeds Castle, Canterbury, numerous wildlife parks, Whitstable and a further 300 miles of Kent coast, Chatham Historic Dock Yard and the many gardens and castles of Kent (including Dover Castle, Chartwell, and Sissinghurst). Day trips to France, Bruges or London are all within reach.
The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a luxury cottage plus many extras such as Nespresso coffee maker, champagne flutes, wine fridge and Smart TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Damson has use of a gas BBQ (summer months) and outside seating area on contemporary decking to the rear of the cottage. Cottage guests enjoys private use of the indoor pool for 1.5 hours each day (and extra time if desired).
The cottage enjoys a lovely rural location with some great traditional Kentish pubs within a 5 minute drive. Known as the Garden of England, Kent produces some of highest quality an freshest food in the UK. A real 'foodie' destination.
