The Domaine de Canaille, formerly the Hotel du Revestel, is an exceptional property in Cassis which dates from the 19th century and would have welcomed Virginia Wolf in the 1920s. The complex was completely renovated by its new owners in 2017 (interior, exterior, swimming pool and park). The house is 600 m2 and has 11 bedrooms, almost all with private bathrooms, and a dormitory (for a total of 24 beds). 6 rooms offer magnificent views of the sea and 5 overlook the wooded park and the Charlemagne crown. Note that a supplement of 100E / p is requested beyond 20 people.
The ground floor is devoted to reception rooms, all overlooking the sea: open kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment (+ back kitchen with utility room), dining room, summer lounge and winter lounge with fireplace. On this floor there is also a large bedroom with private bathroom and a cinema lounge.
On the first floor are 7 bedrooms (including 5 with sea views) and a cathedral room serving as a playroom, living room and dormitory, itself opening onto a large north-east facing terrace, isolated from the mistral.
On the 2nd floor is the master suite with a very large bedroom overlooking the sea with a sitting area, an office opening onto a terrace and a very large bathroom opening onto a second terrace.

The location of the house is exceptional as it is located on a private 60 hectare site, under Cap Canaille, in the Calanques National Park. The house has a huge 500 m2 terrace overlooking the beautiful beach of the arena with turquoise waters, accessible on foot in a few minutes. The property has a large heated swimming pool (13 meters) overlooking the sea, a pétanque court and an orangery with table tennis and table football. The south / south west orientation of the house is ideal because it allows you to have sun until the end of the day and benefit from beautiful sunsets.
The village and charming port of Cassis are less than 15 minutes on foot.
