Summary: Check in was slow, but good. Got to the room which had some stains on carpet, not a big issue. Went to the loo, toothpaste stains on sink as if uncleaned, wiped one with wet tissue and dark poo stuck to inside of toilet. Asked for housekeeping, but staff were off duty - it was very late. Was given a new room that was comfy and clean. Hotel is not what it used to be although staff was quick to act and very apologetic.
