Single-storey and with four bedrooms, the property features a king-size with an en-suite shower room, one king-size and a 4’ double, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is private, off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed, EV charger, wraparound garden with patio, grape-slated area, furniture, sun loungers and fire pit.
