There is a separate family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs has a cloakroom and WC, as well as an open-plan kitchen and dining room. There is a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a snug room. Outside has an enclosed garden area with a bistro table and chairs. Duck Pond Cottage is an excellent cottage for those family breaks. Please note: Farms nearby so there may be tractors etc driving on the road during the day. Please note: Sorry, BBQ's are not permitted at this property.

Summary: Owners clearly take pride in the property. It was lovely and clean, and the owner had left some cakes, milk, honey, small loaf of bread etc which was a really nice touch!
