Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Very spacious apartment. Very clean and well presented. Allocated parking on site. Good location to Rothley village centre. Apartment building almost brand new. Good facilities, had everything we needed.

Negative: Only little grumble was the apartment wasn’t ready at check in time 3pm. I live in the village and was renting for family staying, and as they didn’t arrive until later due to traffic there was no impact. When the keys weren’t available at 3pm, I tried ringing the hosts but no response. Great apartment but improved communication for my experience.

Summary: Well presented spacious apartment.
