My apartment has all the amenities you will need to enjoy a home-like stay in London. Fine touches and stylish decor make this apartment the best place to stay during your visit to London. It has two lovely bedrooms, a graceful living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom and beautiful wood flooring throughout, I am sure you will have a pleasant stay. What more could you need after a long day of exploring? Three big windows give the living room plenty of natural light and the thoughtful decoration creates a happy atmosphere - you will feel at home from the very start. The exposed brick gives the space an incredibly original touch. The living room has an extremely comfortable sofa. Enjoy a perfect evening watching a movie, chatting with friends or reading some books that you will find on the shelves. There is a huge table so you can use it to work with your laptop, to plan you next day in the city or to have a lovely breakfast or dinner. In the fully equipped kitchen you have all the appliances - including oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and there is also a dishwasher! Best way to wake up in the morning is with a coffee from the Nespresso machine. There is a small dining table so you will be able to share a quick cup of coffee or tea while discussing your favourite discoveries in London! For wine lovers, there is a cooler where you can keep your favourite bottles fresh. The kitchen has plenty of natural light to make you feel extremely comfortable while cooking. In the master bedroom, get a wonderful night’s rest on the super comfortable king size bed with fresh luxury linens, with an outstanding mattress and the best high standard pillows - a wonderful night’s sleep guaranteed. Also, there is a wardrobe with plenty of storage space, so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase; get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. You will find some travel guides in the small tables - don’t hesitate to take them and discover London! The second room is as comfortable as the first one and it has an incredible chic and modern design as well. Enjoy the super comfortable king size bed. High Street Kensington is the famous shopping street and also where you’ll find the tube station. Kensington Palace might be the private home of William and Kate, but the public part of the historic palace is well worth a visit. Beyond that, the gardens join with Hyde Park and walking through it is a must. If the weather is nice, why not rent a pedalo or a rowing boat and laze around on the Serpentine lake? You are just a 20 minute walk away from Exhibition Road where you’ll find the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and the Victoria & Albert. As for shopping, why not pop to Wholefoods to stock up on supplies of healthy organic produce? For restaurants head to The Ivy Kensington Brasserie or Aubaine for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner! Finally, the Kensington Roof Gardens is a trendy evening destination for a cocktail and a unique view across London. Getting around This apartment has perfect transport links! Shepherd’s Bush is the nearest underground station to the property, just a 8 minute walk away. You can board to Central line, it is within 3-11 minutes to Nothing Hill, Hyde Park and Oxford Circus. There is also Stepherd’s Bush train station, where you will be able to take Overground and Southern lines. Near the apartment there are a few bus stops, so you can get into the city with the No. 49 and C1. They both run from Lower Addison Gardens. Gatwick Airport is particularly with an easy access, you will need to take the Southern train service until Clapham Junction, then take the Overground line to Kensington (Olympia). Then you will need to walk 8 minutes to arrive to the apartment, this journey will take around 48 minutes! If you don’t like to use public transport, you can use Uber, Addison Lee or Gett to move around the city! Notes -Please note the flat is on the first floor and there is a flight of stairs leading up to the property. There is no elevator in the building.
