The kitchen and adjoining utility room have fridge/freezer and a separate fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer. There are ample cupboards and work surfaces.
At the end of the kitchen there is a further dining table for 8 and patio doors out to the enclosed garden.
Upstairs, the galleried landing leads to 3 large bedrooms - 1 king-size master with views to the front and back, 1 twin room with views to the front and 1 triple aspect family room with a king size and 2 single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms - 1 with bath and shower is positioned between the master and twin, and the 2nd with walk-in shower is between the twin and family rooms. A large picture window on the landing gives amazing views of the Cairngorms and the opportunity to spot the Northern Lights.
Outside, the large back garden is laid mainly to lawn and includes a hot-tub for guests' use. There is also a pizza oven, summer-house and outside seating areas. To the front, a smaller lawned garden leads from the parking area.
The house has underfloor heating throughout, as well as 2 wood-burners and the Aga.
