Positive: Lovely property with lots of space and homely

Negative: Plug in downstairs bathroom not there. Plug in bath lets the water out before you have chance to get in. No spare toilet paper. No dishwasher tablets. No hand soap upstairs. Outside bins not emptied for a while so rubbish blowing everywhere

Summary: Cottage itself is lovely but the maintenance lets it down
