There are two well-appointed bedrooms; the first bedroom with a 5' king size bed, and the family bathroom next door with a bath and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom two leading from the living area boasts a 6' super-king size bed and a Smart television.
Outside, the show-stopping rear terrace is decked, and boasts an outdoor dining table, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining, or just to sit back and relax whilst listening to the birdsong.
Wine connoisseurs will delight in a visit to the Chapel Down Vineyard, where guided tours and tastings can be booked, less than 15 minutes from Fernwood. Or head to the beach at Camber Sands, only half an hour away. The nearest town is Tenterden, often referred to as 'The Jewel of the Weald' with its tree-lined greens, artisan independent shops and pretty architecture. Tenterden is also home to the Kent and East Sussex Steam Railway.

The internal accommodation is all on one level. There are a couple of small steps into the property which the owner can provide a wheelchair ramp for. Please request this during the booking process if required.

Guests have use of the five acre private woodland and two acre paddock.
