This amazing modern property, which we have hd since it was build 10 years ago, is ready for our first set of guests from 8th August and will be ideal for contractors/businesses, relocation and family guest bookings. It is similar in size to our Airyhall 5 bedroom Aberdeen house but with more bathrooms so we know it will be a total success.
With a downstairs bedroom, shower room and al living areas it will be ideal for those who have access difficulties.
The house is located south of the city and has good access links with the AWPR and a very short drive to Aberdeen centre city. Convenient bus stop right outside the property and off-road parking for 2-3 vehicles. The stunning Duthie part is 5 mins drive away and within 100m walking distance you can enjoy a beautiful nature reserve (The Gramps) with views of the whole city.
The house itself consists of 5 double bedrooms (Superking, 2 kings, 2 doubles and a small double bed), 3 bathrooms (downstairs shower room, upstairs family bathroom and king ensuite), a large lounge, and a dining area with a well-equipped kitchen in an open plan living arrangement. The house is modern, and bright with high-quality furniture and fittings. The house has a private large back garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining on the outdoor furniture.
