Summary: We have stayed here many times and the location and cleanliness are perfect. however, we found some of the restaurant waiters to be in need of training and the foaming soap in the bathroom is not suitable for washing hair. It leaves a gel on the hair which is greasy and unpleasant. Finally, we were looking forward to using the spa but since we were busy during the day the cost was prohibitive. Would it be possible to have a scheme where 2 hours at the end of the day would be free or at low cost?
