Summary: They couldnt check me in for 30 minutes because the IT system was down. Eventually they did but I couldn't have a card for my room. In the morning the system still wasn't working, rude staff at a very basic breakfast. Throughout the night endless loud noises (like someone was hoovering above me, lots of people in the hallways). Felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
