Positive: The location of the hotel. We were also allocated a room on the ground floor which was super convenient. The entrance to the hotel looked good and welcoming. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. I liked the late checkout time. The staff was great and really accommodating.

Negative: The outside noise from the streets, it felt like the windows were opened but they were shut, you could hear all the noise. The bathroom was standard it was the room with the 2 tap sink. This isn't really in the hotels control but it would have been nicer if the plug sockets were nearer to the bed, however it was fine and wasn't a big issue.
