Positive: The place is absolutely breathtaking, and the lodge gives off such a fantastic energy!

Negative: The broken toilet seat has not been repaired despite contacting the company. Unpleasant large black stains on one of the towels, dog hair all over the carpet, and human hair discovered in one of the drawers. Additionally, a broken water glass in the cupboard. The mattress was too soft for our liking, although I suppose it is a matter of personal preference as some individuals may prefer extremely soft mattresses.

Summary: In general, the cleanliness was quite unsatisfactory especially given the cost of the accommodation.
