Summary: To be the fair this property is undergoing major renovations- and my experience takes this into account as well as the cheap price tag My arrival was quite late but I was greeted and checked in as one would expect. I was shown to my room and became quickly aware that it was very basic and smelled of stale cigarette smoke with tell tale burns in the carpet and fa butt hiding in the kettle.. I was too tired to make a fuss and battled through the night reasonable well until woken by the building site next door, then the window cleaners came and I hit the shower which was hot for 2 mins and then solid cold whatever I did. I dumped my key and ran for the potholed drive . Lesson learned.
