Summary: The patio is overlooking the lake and a beautiful place to sit - great furniture. The cottage is well equipped but do take toilet rolls. There are cobwebs everywhere and when I moved the settee cushions it was disgusting with crumbs and rubbish. Two of the towels were worn out. Special request to remove feathers not actioned - claimed not received, first email to ask for help also claimed not received.
