Green Gables is a spacious 1930’s period house set in large gardens in the picturesque village of Eardisley. This former doctor’s house and surgery has been recently converted into a luxurious holiday home with four double bedrooms.
Located at the edge of Eardisley Village, the property benefits from a rural location on a country lane while having easy access in a few minutes walk to a great local pub and local store. Fantastic for walkers, with the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons within easy reach. Hay-on-Wye is only a short fifteen minute drive away, renowned for its festival, books and lovely shops. For the adventurous, in the summer you can enjoy river canoeing on the Wye river as well as many other activities.

Renovated to a high standard, this light and airy home has ample space inside, and the large garden is the perfect place for the children to run off steam. Inside, there’s a self-contained bedroom, en-suite, living room and kitchenette on the ground floor, so one couple can enjoy their own separate space. The sitting room has a lovely view over the garden and the rolling Herefordshire countryside beyond, and the wood burning stoves are lovely to snuggle up to.
