Positive: Friendly, respectful and helpful staff member She upgraded my room and wow! The larger room was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast table beautifully presented Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the decor was dignified. The mattress was firm - brilliant. Tea and coffee in the room with a few chocolates was a nice touch Easy to find and great location with off street parking

Negative: No streaming services, and the wifi was slow.
