Positive: Lovely house and well situated within walking distance to the beautiful Pobbles and Three Cliffs Bay. House is very well equipped and downstairs living area was lovely. Pool table and hot tub were a bonus. We enjoyed the pub, deli and Pobbles pizza in Southgate.

Negative: Unfortunately our stay was let down by the beds which have very cheap frames and thin uncomfortable mattresses.
