Positive: Good Location, Good Communication with the owner, Good Facilities and plenty of space for a family.

Negative: Beds were very soft (worn) and pillows were on the lumpy side, dishes needed another clean before use and fairly dusty. However I messaged the owner with one problem and everything was sorted very quickly. The owner wasn't on the island so mentioned the cleanliness and she reassured me she would discuss with the cleaner. It was mild inconveniences and wouldn't prevent us staying in the future due to the excellent customer service from the owner.

Summary: Good Accomodation and Excellent Owner, Just needs a little bit of TLC.
