Enter into a hallway with wooden floors spreading throughout and a spacious, bright living area to the right. Finished in soft cream tones with tasteful decoration and patterned rugs upon the floor, this is an inviting space to relax, entertain or enjoy the smart TV which has Netflix as well as catch-up TV so you won’t miss your favourite shows! To the other side of the living space, musical guests will be delighted to find a piano, which is striking dark brown against the ambient and serene room. Through this area, toward the rear of the house is the bright and immaculate kitchen which is dominated by a large wooden centred island with two ovens and a gas hob. There are units on either side in sleek cream with a wooden worktop to finish. You will find everything you need and more including a dishwasher making for easy cleaning after any meal! The dining table sits nearby, for added convenience, with seating for up to six people. This area is bathed in natural light from the glass patio doors which slide open on to a charming grassy garden with a paved area lined with pretty plants. There is a WC on the ground floor which has motion sensor lighting. Climb the wooden steps to the first floor where there is a large family bathroom finished in mottled taupe tiles, with both a tub and a separate walk-in shower for easy access. There is a utility room containing the washing machine and tumble dryer. Across the hall you will find two bedrooms. The first is a spacious child’s room with a single bed (and space for another single) and a child’s study area. It has soft carpeting and is finished in neutral colours with splashes of reds and blues. Next is the master bedroom finished in mint green paint with windows overlooking the street below and bringing in lots of natural light. The bed is a large King-size facing a very large wardrobe. Carpeted steps take you to the final floor where you will find another two rooms. To the left, is a single bedroom finished with deep blue carpeting, has a single-sized bed and a study area – ideal for a teenager! (There is also an extra single-bed here). The final bedroom has a single day bed. This room is very light with large windows and has lots of integrated wardrobe space as well as shelving units. House Rules: No Pets, Parties or Smoking! The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
