The Annexe at Christophers is part of a beautiful thatched Grade II listed cottage in the picturesque village of East Budleigh. The village is an oasis of calm away from the busy tourist areas of Devon yet within 3 mins drive of the beautiful south Devon coast at Budleigh Salterton and sandwiched between the bustling seaside towns of Sidmouth and Exmouth. The historic city of Exeter is a 30 min drive away.

The space
With it's own entrance, parking and garden, the annexe offers a luxurious home away home and is part of a 1500's traditional cob long house. Our aim is to preserve the historic nature of the house coupled with modern luxuries.
The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful four poster bed, deep free standing bath and separate shower and WC. Please note, the bathroom forms part of the upstairs bedroom.
Downstairs, the lounge has a stunning fireplace, 2 sofas, cosy window seats and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, filtered water tap and Tassimo coffee machine, bread maker and air fryer
The annexe has its own garden with table and chairs, as well as a BBQ for you to enjoy as weather permits.
Guest access
East Budleigh is a small village with a local shop, it is easy to walk around. Street parking is unrestricted and we have private parking for one car. More may be able to be arranged on request.
