Positive: Great location. Lovely garden. Plenty of hot water. Free Netflix/Prime. Well equipped kitchen.

Negative: Beds were not very comfortable. Ashtray outside hadn't been emptied. Broadband code didn't work. Not as much car parking as led to believe. My main bug bear was Host and Stay. So many emails before stay selling us more stuff. Poor response times on important things and automated, completely lacking in personality, emails before, during and after our stay.

Summary: Good cottage in great location.
