Positive: Very nice ,modern and a beautiful view as well were in the penthouse

Negative: We had no heating ,it was freezing cold,no hot water in the kitchen.The living room door handle broke so we were trapped in there for nearly 3 hrs with no access to a toilet,it was very distressing ,luckily I had my phone up there with me but it had hardly any charge on it.My sisters phone was down stairs in the bed room.This was a birthday celebration for my 70th we had a reservation booked but it was to late to go by the time we were free.As you can imagine we were very upset at all this.Slso we couldn’t use the main bathroom as it was so smelly with mould and drain smells ,very unhappy visitors to this apartment.

Summary: Cold and distressed ,but enjoyed Liverpool
