Summary: When I arrived at the hotel the ground floor was in darkness of what looked like a beautiful bar/Cafe so I thought it was closed. Then I was greeted by a absolutely lovely man who was so friendly and helpful ! I would go back to the hotel just for the service they could not do enough for me even making me a take away breakfast! A lot of big chains could learn about customer service from this gentleman. Yes the room was a little dated and need a little bit of love but honestly you forget all that with the charm and care from the staff
