Ty Gwyn is a beautifully presented semi-detached cottage tucked away in a peaceful location, just a 10-minute downhill stroll to the charming village of Saundersfoot with its bustling harbour and award-winning beach. The historic town of Tenby is only a five-minute drive away, and within 25 minutes you can reach some of Pembrokeshire's most stunning beaches and top family attractions.
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, Ty Gwyn offers generous space for families and friends to unwind together. The enclosed garden features a "Lazy Spa" hot tub with built-in surround — the perfect spot to relax after a day of adventure.
The cottage enters into the hallway with doors to the ground floor accommodation and stairs up to the bedrooms.

Comfortable sofa seating. TV with Freeview and Netflix. Sliding doors open the room out into the dining room and a large open doorway leads to the kitchen.

Dining seating for up to 7 people. Double doors open out onto the furnished garden and patio area with "Lazy Spa" hot tub.

Complete with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and electric oven and hob. Everything you could need for your self-catering holiday. A large window opens out and overlooks the dining room.
