Balciuin is a comfortable, well equipped home with a large garden at the end of a quiet road. It has ample off road parking for 4 cars and space in the garage for bikes. It has direct access to the path and trail network. All the bedrooms and the large sun lounge, which doubles as a dining room, enjoy the magnificent views of the forest and mountains. The lounge has a log burning fire, 42' wide screen TV, BT Vision and Free sat and comfy seating for 6.
There are two patio areas with table and chairs while the River Nethy is just beyond the garden.

Summary: We would definitely rent this lovely place again. Perfect location, beautiful village with great cafe, bar, shop, and butchers. Lovely walk along the river into the village. We were lucky to have a good amount of snow for the kids to enjoy. 30 min drive to Aviemore for skiing also. Massive thanks you to Patricia for handing over her lovely home to us for the week, we had a fantastic time, lots of space, lovely breakfast room to enjoy large family meals together. All the beds are very comfy, with very spacious rooms. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need xx
