Summary: The lock to the building was broken on arrival and it took us two hours to access the property / building ! We were dismissed by Huswell for days that they were not responsible to fix the lock. The first night we were locked into the building because of the broken lock which is a huge safety issue in case of a fire ! We requested more towels and we were dismissed. We had 2 small hand towels and 2 not so large ( medium ) bath towels for 2 for 8 nights ! It’s disgusting ! No hand towels in the half bath / toilet and 1 kitchen towel. To add insult to injury they provided one and a half small rolls of toilet tissue ! Huswell was incompetent and dismissive. They treated us in a horrible way and lied over and over again ! A very disappointed stay. The first two days we had a horrible stink of acetone or paint solvent plus hammering and drilling ! We contacted Huswell who never even responded to the inquiring about construction work in the premises. I will think twice about ever using VRBO or Huswell again !
