Positive: It is a medium sized two-bedroom apartment. The apartment described is number 53 on the seventh floor. The apartment is new and modern in a new building. It is a few meters off Edgware Road. It has one master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub with shower. There are two cupboards in the room with two bedside tables with two drawers in each. The other bedroom is a little smaller and has one double and one single bed. This room has one cupboard and two bedside tables. There is another bathroom with a glass-partitioned shower. Water pressure is moderate. There is a corridor from the main entrance leading to a living room with L-shaped sofa and one single sofa chair. There is also a writing desk with drawers and a chair. There is an open kitchen in this area with a four-seat dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cutlery, there is an electric stove and a microwave, there is also a toaster, electric kettle and an espresso machine with coffee capsules. There are also various cooking items. The apartment also has various cleaning materials. There are even a number of umbrellas for rainy days. There is a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a balcony with two chairs and a table. The TV has a big variety of live TV and some streaming channels. There is also a play station with some games. Wi-Fi is very good. Access to the building is by a key chip. There is a small lobby with a seating area. There are two entrances, each with one lift. The road nearby is full of supermarkets, restaurants and shops. There are bus stops a few meters away. Four metro lines from Edgware Road Underground station is also within a short walk. We were greeted by Mr. Kareem who was kind enough to meet us in front of the building and give us a helpful tour of the apartment. The apartment is excellent for a small family with easy access to what London has to offer.
Negative: Nothing major. Just a few recommendations to enhance the stay. A couple of towel hooks in the bathrooms near the shower would be very useful. The curtains in the rooms need some repair. The building has no reception, may be a problem during emergencies. But not a big deal.
Summary: A Modern and New Two Bedroom Apartment in a Central Location excellent for a small family
