Summary: Great staff, even at an 11pm check in. All were super happy and welcoming and even offered to put the oven on to do me some chips as I asked if there were any snacks available as been on train since 6pm (which I declined) but was such a nice gesture. Props to the staff! A plastic bedroom floor is odd tho...
