An open-plan contemporary kitchen which is well equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and electric oven with hob. Complete with a full range of utensils and accessories including a kettle, toaster and microwave. This kitchen area is extremely spacious allowing room for several members of the family to cook that all important evening meal, ready to enjoy the sunset on the private terrace.
Dining
The dining area is situated between the kitchen and the living area. Comfortable dining for 6 people at the large dining table with matching chairs. This room is the perfect sociable space for friends and family, the views especially will be a conversation starter.
Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom features a modern white en-suite shower room with slate flooring and double patio doors leading to the terrace area. A king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and towards the end of a busy day sit back and relax reading a book on the occasional chair, the view providing the most beautiful backdrop. Bedroom 2 is a spacious room with twin beds and a built-in wardrobe.

The family bathroom has been designed to a high standard with a large corner bath, electric shower with glass over the bath, wash basin, WC and a heated towel rail. The second bathroom is the en-suite to the master bedroom and features a shower, wash basin and a WC.

A large private terrace enjoying panoramic views across the beautiful River Dart and across to Dartmouth. Furnished with table, chairs and Barbeque for perfect al-fresco dining. Deliveries are available between Monday and Saturday from 7am to 6pm.
Parking
A designated parking space in a secure communal garage below the property which can be accessed via a flight of stairs or lift.
This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
