Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Owner very responsive and helpful. Took the efforts to provide me with a European converter which is a life saver. Room as beautiful as the picture. Overall very high specs. Quiet location.

Negative: Booked it believing it's manned and a taxi can be ordered for me based on local colleague recommendation. However, checkin is fully self serviced and the taxi service given by owner does not take card payments. There is no conditioner or body lotion just FYI. Moreover, breakfast has to be pre-ordered 72h in advance. This wasn't mentioned on the website and I couldn't find it in the confirmation email as per the owner. There was no breakfasts nearby so had to grab some snacks myself last minute from nearby supermarket. If I'm honest I think this merits a partial refund of the non-existing breakfast!
