Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This is a beautiful barn conversion in the countryside. The decor is authentic with beautiful antiques from the owners family. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful, brand new, bathroom. The dining room was cozy with a fire and cozy chairs. We were so pleasantly surprised that we wished we could stay longer. Matthew the chef and owner was so kind and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend the dinner with locally sourced items.

Negative: They are still finishing the hotel so there were some unpainted walls and the smell of new paint. It was very minor and did not impact our stay at all.

Summary: Beautiful, cozy, stay in the countryside.
