Positive: Warm and friendly host couldnt do enough for us. Check-in easy. Great comms. Pub just yards away served nice food and roaring fire. Large bed was comfy enough. Reasonable value! Good middle point location for weekend in Bath and Cirencester.

Negative: Bathroom let the accommodation down somewhat. Was a little musty and damp as ventilation is difficult. Shower could do with updating but still perfectly functional.

Summary: Ideal location for West Country weekender
