In a peaceful area of Portchester, step outside to the beautiful shoreline with views of Portsmouth Harbour and the Spinnaker Tower. A quiet walk along the grass banks gets you to the Salt Café, play parks, Portchester pubs and Portchester Castle. Despite our homes proximity to so many attractions, it remains a tranquil and peaceful base from which to either explore, or rest.

Fantastic views & sunsets. With useful links to cities, our property is perfect for visiting family at Portsmouth University or those stationed at HMS Collingwood/ HMS Sultan/ HMS Excellent. Equally, close to commercial businesses, the property would be suitable for employees re-locating temporarily for convenience and business.
The property can be rented with two options, the whole house or, the ground floor. Downstairs comprises a large lounge area (with sofa bed), alongside a further bedroom with a double bed. Downstairs also has the benefit of a good size bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, includes kitchen – bathroom with shower – large lounge/ diner with sofa bed and a further bedroom with small double.
The second option allows the property to be available as a whole house let, which includes every room as detailed above PLUS two further bedrooms upstairs, a large luxurious bathroom upstairs with beautiful stand- alone bath, sink and WC and an additional separate WC upstairs.
Both options include a well-equipped kitchen and lounge area. Both options have the use of a driveway for 2 car parking and a good size garden.
Peaceful spot in the town of Portchester, with amazing views (Portsmouth Spinnaker tower/ Gosport and Fareham). Walk from your front door to the shoreline. Ideal for hobbies such as sea scape painting, cold water dipping, paddle boarding. Access to cycle trails, walks & Coastal Path. Small shopping centre, cafes and Portchester Castle within easy walking distance.
Port Solent, a local yacht marina, is just a short drive away and provides a cinema, several restaurants and bars. Portchester train station is an 18-minute walk. 10 minutes to the best view in Portsmouth Located very near Portsdown hill, with amazing views over Portsmouth harbour, enjoy a walk to the famous Fort Nelson.
The property is close to Portchester train station and buses. Just 5 minutes from the motorway a 20-minute drive will take you into Portsmouth where you can visit the historic dockyard, (home to the famous HMS Victory and The Mary Rose), Spinnaker Tower and the D-Day Museum.
Gunwharf Quay outlet shopping centre, home to luxury retail outlets, excellent choice of restaurants and bars and entertainment (cinema, bowling) are just a few of the attractions Portsmouth holds.
A short drive takes you to the most beautiful Meon Valley, walks, pubs, countryside and stunning villages.
Butser Hill and Queen Elizabeth Country Park
Whitley Shopping village and business district is also 15 minutes by car. Slightly further but still within reach, the New Forest National Park and Bournemouth Airport
