The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, fridge, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with two chairs. There is also a beautiful balcony - great for a cup of coffee in the morning!
There is a washer/ dryer tucked away in the kitchen.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, (as well as the swimming pool located on the ground level).
The Neighborhood:
Takapuna is a lively hub filled with cute cafes, trendy stores and its very own beach. There are many activities to do in the area such as kayaking, swimming at the beach or Lake Pupuke, going to the cinemas, enjoying the Sunday markets or dining out at one of the many great restaurant options.
Basing yourself in Takapuna also gives quick access to the neighbouring suburbs of Milford and Devonport and is a peaceful alternative to staying in the Auckland CBD, which is only a short drive or bus ride away.
Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.
Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (2x shampoo, 2x bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
