Located in vibrant Leith, It's considered an area for locals and has a great sense of community. Peaceful and spacious flat with kingsize bedroom and another large double bedroom. Lots of storage. A short walk through the park you'll reach the Leith Shore - the old port of Edinburgh, steeped in history and full of excellent bars and restaurants. You'll love our place if you'd like to experience the 'real' Edinburgh and not just the touristy bits :-) The space Light, bright and spacious two bedroom second floor flat situated next to Leith Links. The property is a traditional Edinburgh flat with high ceilings and original period features with lots of storage. The property comprises entrance hallway, living room with feature fire place, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The property is double glazed throughout, has gas central heating, carpets as well as wooden flooring, unlimited free on street parking. The living room is comfortable and spacious, the sun streams through the windows in the afternoon/evening. It features a sofa bed which can be used on request for additional guests, cornicing and an original cast iron fireplace. This room also has a dining room drop leaf table which can be folded out for guests meals - chairs can be found in the hallway cupboard. The Kingsize bedroom is light and bright and to the rear of the property - making it extremely peaceful and quiet. It has a large kingsize bed, walk in wardrobe, armchair and chest of drawers. The second large double bedroom looks out over the street and has a large wardrobe, large ornate mirror and chest of drawers. Guest access Check in is 4pm onwards, key arrangments will be made at booking. We both work in Edinburgh so can meet at bus/train stop for key exchange - this will be clearly communicated before arrival. You'll have access to the whole flat. Wireless internet is included. Other things to note All bedding and towels will be provided in the bedrooms. There is a hairdryer also provided in the Kingsize bedroom chest of drawers. Iron and board are located in the walk in wardrobe of the Kingsize bedroom. Help yourself to anything in the kitchen.
