Positive: The flat was in an excellent location for visiting Bath - just up one small hill which, for Bath was nothing! It was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and the bed was extremely comfortable. The flat was bigger than I had expected. It was very dark and quiet at night which suited me very well. The parking was very easy and the Smart TV was appreciated. Overall a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Negative: The only improvements that I could ask for would be slightly clearer instructions on how to get into the property as the email stated having to go around the front to get in which wasn't the case so it left us feeling like we were sneaking into a property that wasn't ours! There was a slightly unpleasant aroma in the living room which may need looking into.
